Karibevu Chutney Pudi / Curry Leaves Chutney Powder

A traditional Karnataka-style chutney powder made with karibevu (curry leaves), roasted and blended with lentils, spices and other traditional ingredients. The curry leaves bring their distinctive aroma and flavour to the blend, while the roasted ingredients give the pudi its characteristic depth and texture.
