Menthya Hittu

A traditional Karnataka-style powder made with menthya (fenugreek) and other roasted ingredients, ground together into a balanced blend. Menthya gives the pudi its distinctive earthy, slightly bitter character, while the roasted ingredients add depth to the flavour.

Traditionally enjoyed as an accompaniment with hot rice and a little ghee or oil, Menthya Hittu can also be served alongside simple everyday meals.
