Idli Dose Pudi / Molaga Chutney Powder

A traditional South Indian chutney powder made especially to accompany idli and dosa. Roasted lentils, spices and chillies are blended to create a savoury, mildly spicy pudi with the characteristic roasted flavour of a good Molaga Chutney Powder.

Mix it with a little ghee or sesame oil and serve with hot idli or dosa. It can also be mixed with rice for a simple, flavourful meal.
