AAVI Happala is the traditional Bangalore-style rice papad, where the dough is steam-cooked before drying. “AAVI” means steam – the step that defines its texture.
The dough is spread, steam-cooked, cut, and machine-dried for consistency and cleanliness. Made the same way by the same family for over 40 years. No preservatives.
Fries light and crisp, with a slight tang from curd and balanced spice. Fry in oil before serving.
